NSF SBIR Funding for Host-Pathogen Research

By Research Team

MultiTarga is proud to announce that we have been awarded a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF).

This funding will accelerate our ongoing research and development in Host-Pathogen profiling. Specifically, the grant will be used to advance our transcriptomic assays, enabling researchers to better understand complex infectious diseases and develop highly targeted diagnostics and treatments.

"Receiving this NSF SBIR grant is a significant milestone for MultiTarga," said Alex Gerdisch, COO at MultiTarga. "This support validates the immense potential of our technology and provides the crucial resources needed to push our transcriptomic assays to the next level."

The NSF funding will directly support:

  • -Enhancing the sensitivity and specificity of current transcriptomic assays
  • -Expanding our research capabilities to cover new Host-Pathogen interactions
  • -Accelerating the timeline for bringing our advanced tools to the broader scientific community

We look forward to sharing our progress and breakthroughs as we embark on this exciting new phase of research.
